I charge $110 per hour for those paying out of pocket. I offer a discounted rate of $95 per hour if you're paying with cash or Venmo. Insurance rates will vary depending on your insurance carrier. I do not do "add-ons" or up-charges; I charge a flat rate and my services are all inclusive. Beyond the massage modalities I practice, I also use hot stones, cupping, and gua sha (scraping) among other techniques.  Services can be uniquely tailored to meet client preferences. 

Minimum session time is one hour.  I also offer 90 minute or 2 hour sessions upon request. Unlike many therapists, I do not count intake or conversation time against your therapy time.  One hour with me means one hour of actual time on the table.  If you book with me, please allow 10 minutes before your appointment for assessment and discussion of therapy goals.

I encourage minorities, historically disadvantaged populations, and those with limited means to reach out to me.  I am happy to make accommodations for those who would otherwise go without healing touch.
